I must first comment on your service. Claire Paulson, CISR is the most knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and efficient person in Customer service I have ever known. She follows through completely provides excellent recommendations on everything and believe me I can be a pain in asking for information. Would have to rethink my carrier if she were not there.
As far as your products I feel you are definitely competitive with a full array of options and coverage. I have been a customer for several years and have always been served well
and feel I have the proper coverage for my Auto & home.

your Kingston office, where we were assigned a personal contact, is very prompt to respond to questions by email, phone or sending attachments of documents we may need. That is the kind of service we have had in the past when we lived in NH for over 30 yrs, and we are happy to find a company in MA that also has this quality.

R&G keeps us well informed of changes in policies and how it may apply to us. And if we do have questions, our agent is available. Our agent helps us select the best policy for our needs.
