I have not had any claims on my HO, AUTO or UMBRELLA CONTRACTS, THUS FAR. THE ONLY CONTACT I HAVE HAD IS WHEN I RECEIVE MY RENEWAL POLOCIES I CALL AND ASK ABOUT SHOPPING FOR LOWER RATES......I ALWAYS GET AN UNDERSTANDING EAR BUT VERY RARELY, IF EVER, ANY ADJUSTMENT ON THE POLICY. EVERY ONE I SPOKEN TO HAS BEEN PLEASANT AND APPEAR TO HAVE AN INTEREST IN WHAT I ASK ABOUT BUT DO NOT SEEM TO COME UP WITH ANY POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO LOWERING ANY OF MY COSTS. IS IT POSSIBLE, THAT THE POLOCIES THE COMPANIES HAVE ISSUED ARE THE BEST AVAILABLE COVERAGE AT THE BEST COST????? I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING SINCE I REALLY DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION TO MAKE ANY JUDGEMENT. I HAVE TRIED TO LEARN ABOUT THE VARIOUS CREDITS THE COMPANIES USE TO DETERMINE MY COSTS BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT OTHER CHOICES I REALLY HAVE.
IF I HAD MORE OPTIONS TO HELP ME MAKE A PROPER DECISION I WOULD FEEL BETTER ABOUT IT. I STILL THINK THAT YOUR AGENCY IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AGENCY AND DO NOT FEEL THAT I'M BEING MISTREATED. I GUESS THAT I FEEL LIKE I'M VISITING OZ AND THE WIZARD IS BEHIND THE CURTAIN AND HE WILL NOT SHOW ME WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON BEHIND THE CURTAIN. I WOULD FEEL BETTER IF I COULD KNOW SO I COULD MAKE MY OWN MIND.
