Over the past 15 or so years, Rogers and Gray has provided our family with friendly, responsive, and informed service. They were particularly helpful when we need to replace coverage due to our insuror backing out of the Cape Cod market and when we sustained a major loss due to fire. I appreciate knowing that I can get speedy, well-informed answers from my agent. When they don't automatically know the answer, they go get it!
We like the friendly manner at all times accorded to the customers. We also like the way that matters are handled promptly. We work with Lisa in Sandwich, but if LIsa is no available, any of the other people in the office are very helpful, too.
