There is no substitute for experienced and knowledgable trainers. It is important to recruit and retain the best. Recently, an experienced trainer with years of experience and knowledge was replaced by a trainer new to the field; we notice this in the quality of our workouts. Low tech equipment we successfully used in our routine was owned by the departing trainer and is no longer available. Fitness together is a great place to train for someone who is simply interested in the basics or starting off their fitness journey with a trainer. If someone is interested in using weight lifting in their practice I wouldn’t recommend.
Good trainer. I like that it is just me working out with the trainer and not a packed place of people. Trainer makes a program that is customized to me and listens. Place is clean and convenient to where I live.
