The staff is excellent. They take time to understand your goals and work with you on a plan (in studio as well as out of studio) to achieve those goals.

When I started with Shane there was form and structure
I am partly to blame because of my inconsistency but goals are different for somewhat limited people like me with both supraspinatus torn
How can we improve that mobility
I have some DJD including the SI joints
Can the excercise of a 30 year with no issues apply here
I know everyone is excellent but I feel there was no thought to my individualized excercises and I have the same limitations after investing in 2 years.
If an individual plan was developed I would be so much better
I think everyone is nice but since Shane left there is no effort to document weights and develop an individual plan for me
You are all great and I with I had the anatomy that works for most but I don’t and that is why I am failing after 2 years
This is a great experience for anyone wanting to get in their best physical shape! Intense one-to-one workouts designed for you from great instructors. Best move I made in the past two years. I signed up for about two months, and now I’m in month 23, and signing up to keep going. Great bunch of people.
Never the same workout twice and expert trainers who have shown me how to really work each and every muscle, as well as massive fitness and mobility improvements. These guys will get you on the right track.

Just wanted to say I'm not a person who has ever exercised! I am approaching age 60 in November of this year. I wasn't comfortable joining a big gym and really needed the personal attention because of my inexperience. I have severe osteoporosis and was told that weight training would help to build my bones. I was very hesitant to start this journey but with the support of my excellent trainer Laura I feel the training is helping me. I am not good at this and have never had a bad visit or been made to feel bad in any way! She is very patient with me by helping me learn the exercises and answer my many questions. I rate Fitness Together Westborough at solid 10 and my trainer a solid 10! If you are thinking about starting your own journey this is the place for you!
I have been working out at FT for over a year and I really like the 1:1 personalized training. I definitely see the changes and improved strength and endurance from the workout. Rich is very attentive and corrects when needed and encourages when appropriate.
