I am so hapy I found this place! All of my workouts are taylored to me and I feel like they really listened when I said what I was looking for. The trainors make it challenging, all train somwhat differently which really mixes up the workouts so they never get boring, and all seem really vested in helping me get to my goals.

My husband and I have been going to Fitness Together for 2 1/2 years. Our trainer, Adam, checks in on our diets, exercise habits during our off times, and he’s helping us get stronger. This is a valuable resource.
I am 71 years old now, with various areas of arthritis, so it's important to me to work with a trainer who ls sensitive to all that implies for training. The FT trainer I work with is remarkably attuned to my physical condition, needs and capacities, and enormously flexible in adjusting what is needed. The ongoing result is that I am strengthening considerably in all areas, and my overall health has visibly improved in my time with FT. It's a great lift at this stage of life to have this kind of expert, sensitive help with health and fitness.
The personalization is the best I’ve come across. Whatever you want to get out of the sessions, they have always done their best to accommodate. Not to mention every person I have worked with has been absolutely fantastic.
