THE WHOLE EXPERIENC IS OUTSTANDING. THE APPOINTMENT MAKING PROCESS IS EASY. I NEVER WAIT FOR PAULA MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. PAULA IS OF COURSE VERY KOWLEDGABILE. SHE IS EXCELLENT. SHE LISTENS WELL. Being able to arrive early and use the gym’s machines for a warmup before my personalized program begins, works well for my schedule. I also like knowing that, as my fitness level improves, exercises will be adjusted accordingly. The 45 minute workout is very efficient and each session ends with few minutes of stretching. I always feel better when I leave and the long range results are terrific.
