I have been training with Brian and his team for almost 10 years… my body is stronger and more flexible than ever.

Excellent personal services
I recently looked at a UTube video about a stretching exercise that Jesse recommended. I mentioned it to him the next time I saw him, and he showed me how to do it correctly. The video was pretty good. but as I told Jesse, there is no substitute for having your trainer in the same room with you, if you want to get things right.

Fitness together has been very beneficial to me because Jesse concentrates on working every part of my body for strength as well as range of motion and flexibility. Each exercise is demonstrated clearly emphasis as to which parts of the body will be feeling the effect. He is very careful to see I have the right form and body orientation for each exercise - no cheating by bending the knees in if they're supposed to be straight.
I do a lot of road cycling and I can already see the improvement there in just a few weeks of training.
I have no just one, but TWO great trainers !
