The one-on-one instruction is great. Exercises are tailored to your ability and to how you are feeling at each session. If you are having pain or soreness anywhere your exercise can be modified to still get a great workout.
I understand what you all bring to the table and it is much appreciated. The only aspect I could think of would to make it more affordable for more. Maybe a monthly membership etc.
Love the one on one and the fact that the trainers make sure you are doing the exercises properly to get the most benefit and ensure you aren’t injured. They also keep you accountable.
