I like feeling good! I am sore from a workout session, but not crippled. If I was taking a group class or just working out on my own, I would probably injure myself. At FT they watch your moves and correct you when you are doing the exercise wrong.

My trainer listens to my aches & pains and adjusts the workout to fit my condition whether it's sciatica pain, shin pain etc. They really care out their clients and work hard to help me. I feel myself getting stronger and steadier each visit.

Even though I do my FT workout virtually, it still feels like the trainer is right there with me. Unlike static virtual fitness programs, the FT trainer is able to give me immediate feedback if I am not completing the exercises correctly so I stay safe and healthy during the workout. Plus, the trainer keeps me motivated. And, unlike other virtual workout programs, it helps me stay committed to my workout knowing that my trainer is waiting for me on the other end of the virtual session.
