The one on one is excellent. They developed a plan for what I was looking to improve for my goal. Each instructor will show you exactly each exercise to be performed and will correct me if I’m doing it wrong. The encouragement I received from each instructed is excellent!

She is friendly, positive and encouraging, and she gives thoughtful and knowledgeable feedback. She takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns as well. I like the personal attention everyone gives to you in order to reach your goals. I worked with Nick last month and he redesigned my next fitness program based in the areas I wished to see improved. Nick pushed me hard and it really made a difference. And when I expressed pain in a certain muscle or joint, he knew just what to do to modify a particular exercise and still get results!
