The stylist was SUPER sweet and did spend quite some time cutting my dad's hair but her professional training wasn't up to par. I had to ask her to tighten my dad's sides and even asked if she could use a buzzer. This was my first time going to a sports cut. My assumption was that the majority of the clientele is male so therefore the stylists would be well versed in barber type cuts. Why didn't she use a buzzer to begin with? My father is elderly with thinning hair, a buzzer cut would have been MUCH easier and faster. My husband normally cuts his hair like this and leaves him nice and neat. His hair turned out ok, definitely not as clean as my husband leaves him. And his beard, oh my goodness! She cleaned up his neckline but didn't shape his beard at all and it's noticable. I fixed it when I got home. The overall cost was economical but unfortunately in this case, one gets what they pay for.
Amber(Rose) gave me a great cut, listened to what I was asking for and showed me along the way what she was doing to help fix the issues I was having with parts of my hair.
