It's not that I am disappointed with my son's haircut. I just do not feel that $17 is a good deal on a basic haircut. In order to get a recomendation, the value would need to be better. In short, I might mention sportclips if asked, but I would qualify the recomendation by saying it was on the pricey side

I like the ability to check in online and the senior discount.
I do not like the card that must be marked each visit for a free haircut. Since we check in online, have the system track our visits for the free cut. The cards are too much trouble to keep up with.

As I stated in my last review it really bothers me that my frequent customer card be stamped only if I purchase MVP haircut . I have been using Sports Clips for over 3 years and the last two visits I have been told I cannot receive credit because no MVP purchase. Poor choice on your part in my opinion and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Sheri was very pleasant and greeted me immediately. Sheri was able to help assess all my hair problems and basically resolve it in one visit. Sheri displayed great customer service and knowledge. Sheri is a true professional. I will definitely be coming back thanks to Sheri. BEST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

2 things. The shampoo “head massage” and hot towel are nice, but it’s not worth a $25.00 haircut. The shoulder massage that lasts about a minute, again, is nice, but not worth 25 bucks. There’s a barber in south Seminole heights where I live and he charges 16 bucks and gives stout haircuts. The only reason I go to sport clips is because there’s 2 ladies there that I enjoy having conversations with. Blanca is probably my favorite (and forgive me for not remembering the other ladies name - she looks like a Stephanie to me) but she gives her haircuts and holds a conversation well too. I also go there for convenience; I work down the road and usually there’s no wait but I could just as easily drive home and go to a barber shop and spend less. I’d personally rather have a loyal customer than a convenience customer, they’re worth more!

Blanca did a great job trimming my beard,and blending it into my hair. When edging, she also knew I was going for a more natural look with the lines.
