I have been a member for several years. I have developed psoriatic arthritis, a condition which greatly impacts my physical ability and which changes on an almost daily basis depending on medication and other factors. The trainers have been great at adapting to my ever-changing abilities on the fly and coming up with new ways to do things. Continuing to exercise and weight train is important and I don't think I'd be able to keep it up without their expertise. There are many mornings when I don't really want to show up, but I always feel better when I complete the workout! I truly appreciate everyone at Fitness Together!

Personalized one on one training in addition to group sessions (strength, mobility and nutrition sessions). Experienced trainers with a strong management team. Sessions run on time, gym is clean, equipment is well maintained, and trainers are prepared with training customized for each client.
