Sam is skilled and friendly. She is excellent. Of course a strong selling point is also your MVP. Only improvement I would suggest is an ability to have a delayed book in. I live twenty minutes away so can’t get there immediately.

I like the app to check wait time so I can plan my visit… it’s not 100% accurate… but gives a guesstimate. I find the stylus friendly and professional.

I had a haircut and beard trim with Sam and the experience was excellent. She paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The cut looks sharp and the beard is perfectly shaped. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.
