All of the trainers are excellent! They work with you at your fitness level and teach you how to do each movement/exercise. They make the sessions fun and never make you feel self-conscious about being a "beginner".

Excellent personal training with one in one attention to form and proper technique. Brian and Tron do a great job creating a challenging and fun workout. I just need to show up and follow their step by step workout plan. Fun, safe, low pressure environment.

I’m convinced that my time spent with my trainers .Brian and Tron has not only been life changing but much more life saving. They are both uniquely gifted and knowledgeable trainers with the proper mixture of experience and motivation. I’ve developed strong relationships with each of these fine gentlemen.
