I wish play land had more staff and provided more of a learning experience for my kiddo rather than bare bones babysitting. Sometimes when I pick her up she's engaged in active play or doing something purposeful but often she is just watching tv or wandering around. It's lost time and I feel selfish leaving her there to go workout.

I like that there's always something going on, and there are plenty of activities for Seniors. I like the energy and enthusiasm of the class teachers and the camaraderie of being part of a group. I like that there aren't lots of "muscle heads" everywhere that make it seem inappropriate that I should even come to the gym, and that the staff at the desk are just normal people, not gym rats.
I recommend that the man who is often running the coffee bar find something to be happy about, and learn to interact with the public. He is such a sourpuss!
I really like the fact that you have so many machines to work out on. The classes are great; I have attended two of them. The staff at the front desk is always very cheerful and friendly. I love being able to watch t.v. and work out at the same time.

The whole operation seems well-run to me--everything from how staff are trained to relate to members to maintenance of the facility. The place and its people feel cared for to me. This is one of several things that inspires us to care for our own health in a more conscientious way. I am simply grateful to be a member.
PEAK has a wide variety of services to fit almost every need. I use machines, swimming pool and hot tub. Pools and equipment are clean and in good repair. Locker room is clean and well taken care of.

I have never felt more comfortable in a place then I do the peak! I don't go there as much as I should but when I do people remember me and know my name. The employees are some of the BEST people ive ever met. And I appreciate every thing they have done for me and are willing to do for me. I may not go there as much as I should but I will never stop my membership there!! thanks for every thing!!!!
