Big fan of the staff. Working out with trainers that know their stuff and can adjust to your body's issues is awesome. Sharon is great. She won't let you sell yourself short. She pushes you because she knows you can do it. I am a fan! She makes me want to try harder!

Facility, pool, staff, triathlon, racquet sports, and the people I meet there. Also spin classes with Dan are amazing!

Clean facility with strength training equipment in the back. Enjoy the steam room and spa like shower area. Could use at least two more squat racks and sometimes the steam room gets a bit of a smell to it in the evenings.
