Well, I would have quite a list. First, I'm always greeted as soon as I come in, except for Sean that is. But one out of the many different people behind the counter ain't bad. Secondly, the staff is friendly and helpful. Thirdly, any comments or complaints I might have are addressed immediately, thanks mostly to Joel's caring. He's by far the most competent facility manager you've had since I've been coming here. Lastly, the equipment is replaced and maintained in an excellent fashion...again thanks to Joel and Susie. I could go on....

changes that are made on equipment, rates stay fairly do- able to keep going, if
rates are to high, there is competion all over.
Have alot of dust collected on wires behind t.v. screens, and bases of equipment,I
don't like that. I don't have allergies, but anyone that does and working out, that
could actually be a dust factor.

I like the effort that you put into keeping the place clean. On that note the carpet is starting to get nasty in the men's locker room.

Staff is friendly. Equipment is good and meets our needs. The equipment in the facility is well placed and not crowded. The facility is bright with outside light from the windows.
The classes offered are excellent. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and always remember you.
Owners and management listen and try to correct any problems. The up keep of all equipment and cleanliness. Also, the friendliness of the staff
There is a good variety for all ages. The code is very relaxed e.g. dress. It's agood place to make new friends or to be on your own if that's what you prefer.
