More than anything, location is key for me. Leopardstown just suits well. It's also a large facility which does not feel cramped like some gyms. Price is key - you're already at the upper (or top) end of the scale and price increases would definitely make us rethink our family membership.
Biggest issue: wifi. It's 2015 guys. The world is now awash with apps such as YouTube, Netflix, RTE Player, video downloads, etc. More importantly music streaming apps including Apple's new one, Google Play Music, Spofity.

Gym is close by and has good hours of operation. Plenty of machines so you don't have to wait.

i really love that that the ladies in the childcare are so kind. They make me and my kids feel welcome each time we come in. They reassure me that the kids will be fine, and tell me to have a great workout. My kids love going to the gym as much as I do, so that makes it easier for me to get there. It helps me to be a better mom when I can workout, have a brief break from the kids and recharge. The classes are great, teachers are awesome, and staff kind. The facility is clean. The only thing I wish they had more of (but I think they are working on) is getting more weights and bands. It's a great place.

The variety of classes is amazing. The overall offer includes everything I could think of. I love the sauna.
HSAC is a complete Club! They have all the latest equipment and are well maintained. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and non-obtrusive. I've been a member since the late '80's and I consider HSAC my home away from home.
The tennis club is so well run by Scott, the assistant pros and the desk. Makes it a pleasure to play and just be there. Please thank them for me for all that they do to make it fun !!

Begins at the counter with friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of equipment and activities for all ages and abilities. Clean facilities, great communication with customers (e-mails) and constant upgrades in activities.
Thank you for the addition! I appreciate all of the new yoga selections in the early morning. I would be up for other classes around 6:30 (sorry, 50+ male and you are not going to get me to a rumba class:) Gigi's boot camp is always good and consistent.
