Convenience, machines in good order always, responsive staff, well maintained (that is very important), friendly and comfortable, and seems to have something for everyone regardless of age or ability.

I like the Tai Chi classes, the spa, and the exercise atmosphere.
Long term consistent quality in equipment, facilities, personnel and health focus. Tri-Health has kept me in "mobile" shape for 17 years through 4 hip replacements, open heart surgery and advancing arthritis.
The amount of things to do!
The Aqua aerobics classes are my favorite. I was very disappointed that the Monday evening class was cancelled. Please reconsider bringing it back, at least for the summer months

I love that DAC provides so many services. It's a one stop shop for weight-lifting, fitness classes, tanning, smoothies, as well as swimming. I enjoy feeling comfortable dropping off my children at the nursery, and most of the time, they don't want to even leave! It's a great facility :)

I really appreciate the forward think of the new exercises(TRX machine & the turf). I couldn't give a 10 because parking can be tough sometimes.
