It's clean, convenient location to my home, if equipment breaks it's fixed quickly, plenty of high quality treadmills, it's not too crowded early in the morning. The front desk and personal training staff are excellent, very friendly, kind, helpful. Love that it's easy to run around Fresh Pond from there.

DAC is as good as a Country Club without a golf course. Plenty of up to date amenities
and equipment. A very fair fee schedule and last but not least, very knowledgeable,

Everyone at our local coffee shop know we go to the JCC after coffee. In our age bracket, past seventy, most reply good for you BUT I can't do that. This statement is quickly followed by an excuse. My point is this no matter how good your services are or how highly recommended your are some people just aren't going to go.

It's clean. It's not overcrowded when I go. I like the variety of equipment and classes. But I do think you
need to take better care of the equipment.

Availibility of trainers to provide personal programmes on request. Ian compiled a challenging programme with excellent instruction and follow-up appointment to ensure I was confident doing the exercises and using the correct techniques. In general the staff are friendly and helpful.
