What do you like about our services?

I am taking advantage of the small workout groups with a trainer and really enjoy them. They have made a huge difference in my level of fitness and sense of well being.

I would like to see TRX straps more readily available. It is almost impossible to do a TRX workout in the evenings due to weight lifters set up with benches where they are currently hung. I would also love to see more than one rowing machine available in the cardio room. Quite often I find that I cannot row because there is only one machine and it is occupied.

Other than those two things, I am very satisfied and have encouraged friends to join.

The club tries to keep up with the changing times which includes renovations and improvement to equipment that is used by members. The staff is friendly and helpful and the club offers a comfortable environment to come and work out.

What do you like about your experience at TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion?

I like the atmosphere it is friendly yet I am able to work seriously. The clients are diverse in age gender and ethnicity. But I will also tell you TriH is extremely frustrating. One of the main reasons I am a member is because of the indoor pools, however, if is TOO often that the Warm Water pool is too HOT. The stated temperature is 88-90. Too often it is over that making it impossible for me to use. Not only is it unpleasant, the increased temperature causes me cramps and fatigue making it impossible to complete the very reason why I come. The temperature sign is barely over changed & the temperature is not monitored enough. I understand the temperature is monitored on a thermostat and once it reaches that temperature it shuts off or lowers, however the "upper" level temp is too high before the adjustment kicks in. A good day is when it is a bit cooler, usually by error. I do not know why the temperature is not taken more frequently and adjusted accordingly. I feel this is very lackadaisical approach and unworthy of TriH Pavilion & it's clients that come specifically for the therapy pool. Thank you, signed, Unintentionally Poached

Good classes, excellent instructors, good front desk people (especially John), good equipment and changing rooms. Sauna, Steam, showers are good. Clean, friendly.....I think it's excellent

Trainers/class teachers are knowledgeable and personable. Kids section has great staff and my daughter loves the toys there.

What do you like about your Evolve Fitness experience?

Well equipped gym that fully allows me to meet my training goals. Nice clientele. Clean. Good hours; I train at 5am and really appreciate being able to do that!

I like all the people who work there very much. I wish there were more classes at 8am, like spin, 30 min weight classes and that kind of thing.

I like the locker rooms, although there should be more lockers that just need members' own locks.

I like the locker attendants who are very helpful and pleasant and nice.

I like the treadmills now that the TVs work and they are safer.

Next time you should ask what I do not like.
