you are close to my home....the group weight training....and/or weight room. thats all i do. used to attend the 830 classes in studio 1, but have not for a while. Have a great social life with other members Ive met over the past 23 years. Why would I go anywhere else?

Friendliness of the staff. Staff always willing to help. We call the Pavilion "the CLUB" because it is not a gym. It is a place to enjoy exercising. It is always clean, new equipment is periodically added and the floor is refurbished as needed and always looks nice.

THE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM IS AWESOME- LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE OPEN 24 HOURS TOO! THERE ARE PLENTY OF MACHINES, AND IT REALLY IS AN INVITING ATMOSPHERE.
