I am trying to build up muscle strength as I age and I am hoping the machines will help me do that. The staff from the evaluation to everyday help on the floor has been very patient and helpful. There is such a nice variety of classes offered. I hope to get started soon.

I like the hours and location of the gym, I like the cost and the 20% discount incentive program, I like that there is no cancellation fee, the sign up benefits and free sessions, the number of available classes, the locker rooms and amenities, and the general atmosphere of the gym.

The staff are welcoming, they have sense of humour which make the exercises interesting. The equipments are always available when you want to use them and are cleaned every now and then. The classes are well organized that you can find your suitable one. 👍 to the team and keep the good work
