I like the friendly staff and the members are very nice as well. One thing to consider is having the studio open for weights and stretching as the area for designated is usually very crowded.

The facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. The Wave provides ample opportunities and variety to allow for anyone to maintain their fitness level.

I'm older and very new to gyms but I felt very comfortable being at the Rady Centre immediately.
I don't know a lot about gyms really but I feel good coming.
It is the closest gym to my house. I also really like the yoga teachers Sarah and Isabel. Their clsses are realy important to me and my health.
