Apart from the good value, I like the fact that it is modern, Buzz really keeps up with the latest in the industry, and it has a very lively atmosphere. I am also quite impressed with PT Sam, I am always looking forward to his classes, well prepared and always challenging. He is professional and knows how to manage and behave in a class environment.

good amount of kit - note you need to enforce the de-loading of bars rule. I see it every time I go down that people are not unloading their bars after use (including some of your "PTs")

Classes are varied and instructors well informed/trained/friendly. JCC provides a warm and welcoming environment.
There are several things I like about PAC: plenty of parking; hard working and friendly staff; location; and lots of tennis courts and great tennis pros!
