Cleanliness and amount and variety of the equipment .
Everything from the gym to the pool to the tennis in dome to the spa area. Unfortunately I cannot attend the spinning classes or the body attack/body .... As I get a Migraine because of the intense lighting. Joined because of the great choice in classes, really disappointed that I cannot do the spinning because of all the flash lighting.
Cleanliness and how all the equipment is well taken care of.
All of the staff is very friendly and the facility is kept extremely clean which is great. One thing I noticed today however was that there were not any workout towels available upstairs and there were no sanitary towelettes to clean the equipment before my workout started and after I was finished. There are also a few eliptacle machines that probably need their touch screens serviced. All else is fantastic...

I like the range of classes offered.
The majority of trainers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The ladies at the front desk are a "hoot". Very friendly and always happy.

Cheap, great classes, enough equipment to use even when it's busy after work.
Could improve on staff interaction with gym users - when I ask questions to staff, I'm often looked at like I'm stupid. And maybe have a women's night or women's area, the men tend to hog all the resistance equipment and stare at women when they walk past. It's uncomfortable. But I realise you can't control that happening.
