I like the all inclusive membership fee, number of different classes and the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff.
HOWEVER, I am unhappy that finding replacement instructors for Zumba Gold (when Claudia is on holidays) does not appear to be as important to you as it is to the participants. Over the 2 years when Claudia is on holiday we show up for class only to find no one has bothered to find a replacement. This has happened on a number of occasions not just once. I have checked with replacement instructors and they have not been asked to step in. Please look into this as it is most annoying. It is the only problem I have encountered in my 2 year membership. And, it keeps cropping up.

I love that you keep the equipment up to date and running. The space always looks and feels clean. There are a lot of fitness options. And the salt water pool and steam room are really nice amenities.
You have great classes and instructors. I love the Zumba classes and instructors. (I must admit, I have only tried one other class and it was very good as well. Anita was the instructor and she did a great job with it. It is after Zumba on Saturdays, so Zumba wins my time.) The employees are also very nice and make an effort to be friendly. They talk to me and notice when I'm not there. Megan, the trainer, always goes out of her way to talk to me. The young guys at the front desk are also very nice to me. Gary, the guy who takes care of towels, is also very friendly.

Not crowded for lap swim. I rarely don't jave my own lane. The free coffee on weekends is nice, very clean facility, comfortable locker room, free lockers
Had a issue with a previous PT, the manager Leon resolved it for me.
Clean, laid back atmosphere, not too busy. Good selection of equipment.

The staff does a great job keeping the gym clean. I compliment the staff on their hard work as I know that is a hard task. I like the hours. I really like that the machines are well maintained. I use the treadmills a lot and I never had a problem with them.

Everyone is very friendly and always willing to answer questions and/or give advice. If one of the staff does not have an answer right away, he or she is willing to "go the extra mile" and research for the answer. I like that.
Sky offers a variety of classes and makes each class available at different times of the day so that clients are able to more easily fit workouts into their schedules.
Great staff, excellent equipment that's well maintained, lots of choices of classes. Good place to make friends. My favorite class is Brent's high-intensity interval class. It's a great all-body workout that's fast-paves and fun!
