I like that there is always some sort of improvement going on usually excellently by adding new equipment. Most gyms hardly ever add equipment or do anything to help improve overall atmosphere

I like the facilities, most of the staff but compared to clubs I belonged to in London, SF, Houston, Moscow I find many of the members rather unfriendly. Maybe I changed over the years. Anyway the facilities serve my purpose of trying to keep healthy. The newsletters are delightful and very welcome and helpful to entice and advise healthy living.

It is very open and everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is also very well maintained. The equipment is in good condition and there seems to be enough of each type of machine that there is very little (if any) waiting. It is the first athletic club where I have felt comfortable. Thank you!
