Good facilities
I like the quality of the equipment, the hours, and the efforts to keep it clean despite the slobs.
Clean facility
Friendly atmosphere
Helpful people
Knowledgeable people
Good variety of options
I enjoy being there. Exercising there and being a part of the peak
Good group classes, nice equipment with good channels, clean, sauna in locker room. DAYCARE is absolutely essential.
Friendliness, accommodating, excellent facilities, and the simple things such as carpeting in the locker room.
Great equipment, clean, friendly staff.
Good classes, good instructors (Three cheers to Sandy Fahey, circuit, spinning; Allison, and Keri, water aerobics, Gigi, spinning, and Renee.)
Well maintained facility, nice decor. Good employees, (Cheers Gunther for greeting me every Saturday morn. Thanks to Suzi for picking up the locker room every hour)...and, to friendly members
Not only do I receive a worthwhile service, everyone is likely to go out of their way to make me and guest feel welcome. First name removed
I have only had a membership for a couple of weeks and the staff has been so helpful. They have been so encouraging and I really need that right now. Thank you.
Everything
the amount of equipment that allows me to accomplish my goals with minimal obstruction.
Life guards are very friendly. Most at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. Great supply of clean towels. The sraff who replenish the towels are very warm and friendly.
I think more attention needs to be paid to the person who joins. I had a difficult time making arrangement for a tour. When I finally got one, I didn't feel like I could take up much time. I don't know what would help, maybe newcomer groups where people could try out the equipment. I am a senior citizen. Maybe I'm speaking only for my demographic. I still don't know how to use the equipment. I'd like to do more than classes.
Good machines friendly people bright light excellent trainer Janelle beck
A lot of variety in activity. Nice facility and physiotherapists in building
My rating is a 10. One area for improvement is that there is only one rowing machine. It's always in use.
The variety of activities both young and old can do.
Everything you need is there
The gym is always very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.
Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They encourage me the whole time and keep me motivated to continue to lose weight.
The variety of classes and services
The staff, the best! They are genuinely friendly and really care, I get the sense they are really good people at heart. I don't know how you got such a great staff but whatever you're doing its working! They all deserve high marks (and I hope great pay and benefits) ๐๐
Facility is clean and well-organized. The staff are generally helpful and members are generally friendly. I like the running track (although it would be better if bigger) and the classes are great.
Great facilities, friendly staff and responsive management.
I love waiting on people using the machines for chairs while others are waiting to use them.0 Suggest you put a couple hard seat chairs on the floor perimeter for those who do NOT wish to work out.
Two locations. Large group fitness class selection. Pool.
My answer needs some qualification. The blue hills facility personnel are great. Two weeks ago when I went to the downtown facility on a Sunday morning, I was given the 3rd degree by the guy behind the desk as to whether I had paid the correct amount to use both places. I told him what I paid and he accepted that with a nod. A lady who was working could tell I had not been there before and offered me a tour. She was very helpful. I run a nonprofit over at the university and I would be hesitant to recommend the downtown facility. My wife is in the marathon training class and while she is running I wanted to use the downtown facility. This past weekend the staff was great. I'm training for the half marathon and I'm trying to get my wife to join the Peak because we train on different days.
would like to see NIA classes, more early am (5:30am) classes, not super high impact but a tone and zone/cardio class; catering more to a little "older" folks, not pylo or jumping; also a very early coached swim, not tri training
I have back problems and walking in the water every day has helped it improve. Only wish the water was a little warmer.

The track and the salt water pool - worth the cost of membership!
