The extremely friendly people at the front desk, the jungle, the cleanliness, the equipment, the classes and teachers and the reformer.
That you are open 24/7 is an enormous plus. I'be never had to wait for equipment and there is usually enough staff on hand to reassure me that if I did have a heart attack (which is how I feel on the treadmill!) I would be well cared for.
