It's 24 hours for customers 7 days a week and the most best thing is they hv saparate ladies section which is v v comfortable for ladies

I wish the pool had more open access for lap swimming. Consider a lap swimming lane during the free and family swims.

The trainers are top notch, and very helpful even if you're not working with them directily. I've had a couple of them stop and correct my posture, or some other element of my workout and I really appreciate that.

The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The environment is warm and welcoming it makes you feel like it's your very own place and facility's are clean, comfortable and filled with so much quality equipment.
