Only point of improvement would be to maybe have a small map of the gym with location of the changing rooms etc online so new joiners can quickly find their way around.
I like the proximity of the gym to where I actually live, the fact it is 24hrs I can can go when ever I wish and that it is clean, tidy with numerous machines (could do with another step machine though).
I like that the staff are really friendly and always hello when they see me.
I also like the large variety of classes the gym offer as well as the times.

It's convenient to where I live and work. It's affordable. It's clean. The staff is great. There is plenty of equipment.

Great facility, lots of updated equipment with natural light throughout. Friendly staff, very clean dressing rooms/washrooms. Babysitting is wonderful and Elena is so good with my kids. I feel very comfortable leaving them with her to get my excercise in. Love the Rady!! Cafeteria has yummy, healthy food options.

More arc trainers with arm movers! There are always enough ellipticals, but those arc trainers with the arm movers are often booked at key (after work) moments of the day.
The availability of all the equipment necessary to maintain fitness as well as the ancillary facilities like the steam room and sauna, among others
I appreciate the warm, courteous personnel and clean facility as well as the variety of great classes and work out options. The only recommendation I may have would be for a visit punchcard, as many members have friends who visit town and would like to come in daily while they're here. A week or 10 days punchcard with a small discount would make it more desirable for most
