The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are always available to answer questions, give pointers, etc... The Therapy Pool and hot tub are wonderful, and have really helped with my arthritis stiffness. I enjoy doing my workout in the warm water because I believe that I can accomplish my workout better. The Lifestyle environment is always very clean and welcoming. The track is great, especially when the weather doesn't permit walking outside. The exercise equipment that I have used is very clean and well maintained. I love this place!

I love the pilates studio. Kathy Argo is a fantastic instructor. She is able to describe exactly how to do a movement, so that her students get the optimum benefit.
