There are a lot of classes. Not to mention the bonus of having classes offered at Advantage gym. The DJ nights are a lot of fun. The staff are very welcoming. I also like the opportunities to have a free programme design from time to time. I also enjoy the newsletter which is motivational and gives great tips. Thanks for a great gym! I am proud to be a part of it!
