Good yoga classes.clean facilllties, friendly staff. Disappointed and frustrated with the parking. Would like to participate in some of the exercise classes but the music is played so loud it rattles my brain.
You offer a variety of activities. Your pool does not have a heavy chlorine base - love the salt water system. I can always find a class to take at a convenient time. The front counter folks are vey helpful

The teachers in the childcare center are great. My kids love them and love being there. They ASK to go to the gym. That was the biggest factor for me in choosing a gym.
I really enjoy the crossfit class. Trevor is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable and creates this amazing atmosphere of motivation. After having two kids, I finally feel like an athlete again. This class challenges me every time, and I look forward to going.

One thing, be sure to check the batteries in the emergency lighting. Thunder storms are on the way. That means power outages. Those dressing rooms are coal black when the power goes out.
