Clean studio. Great mix of classes. Love the lavender lemon face towels!! I wish there was a ten or fifteen minute gap between back-to-back classes so that I could do two in a row!
Great instructors and location
I love your studio, very sunny and big, feels open and bright. The teachers in La Grange are amazing, and your schedule varies each day which is wonderful since I only have a couple of morning hours free!

I thought Marina was great! Very inspirational at the beginning of class, and motivational throughout. She made a tough class a little lighter!

I like that there are varying classes available at different times. I also really look forward to the lemon lavender cloth at the end of class. It is such a meditative addition that I absolutely love. The facilities are also also ways very clean.

Love the community and classes. Although I'm very dissapointed with the Ryder time of classes. As a working women it's very hard to make the 5:30p class when you work in the city. I wish Core Power Old Orchard would bring back the Tues & Thursday Ryder class at 7:30p. Even 6;30p would be better than none at all on Tues & Thursday.
