I love the studios themselves – spacious, well-maintained, clean, inviting. The range and variety of instructors and classes is really spectacular. I can essentially match the class and instructor to how I'm feeling any given day, which is wonderful. And the flexibility to go to different studios based on where I am on a given day is also valuable. At the Oakpark studio in particular, very nearly every single instructrr is welcoming and helpful, every single time I come. The teaching approach they use, paired with being consistently encouraging and non-judgmental, keeps me coming back on good days and bad.
