I like the results I’m seeing so far but the sessions are starting to include a lot of sales pitches. I understand FT needs to grow and is a referral-based business but I’m here to work on myself right now and I wish there would be less emphasis on the sale.

The personalization and customization. I like the one on one training. I like getting to know my trainers personally! I feel like I matter and that they see how much recovering my body and health matters to me. The gym is clean and well equipped. All the trainers make an effort to know each others clients. It’s a very nice feeling.
