Communication and timeframe keeps me able to do other things instead of wait alll day. Technicians are very polite, walk throughout he areas to be cleaned and then walk through after cleaning to be sure I am satisfied. The walls are protected from the hose. The carpet is so clean and quite dry.

Only part which I had issue was how late in my appointment window he actually arrived without any notification. Think that's more on the scheduling folks than the tech.

Absolutely Fantastic! I can't believe how clean my carpets are! 2 dogs, 3 years, one carpet in our bedroom where they sleep.... yes they were dirty. Now? I can lay on them and smell how clean they are! I will absolutely use you all again! And as a real estate agent, I will be recommending these services as well!
