Great associates on the phone and in the field. Anthony walked me through the process beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable about the products and service. I am highly allergic to just about everything, so was skeptical about having the pretreat putnon the carpets because of that. He explained about the all natural products, even offered to test an area for scent first. The rooms smelled great from the pretreat and I had absolutely NO allergic reaction. I will definitely use Zerorez any time I need carpets cleaned and will recommend to everyone.

Friendly people and great service.

I liked how fast the cleaning was. The Technician (Jeff) had completed the job in about 90 minutes. It normally takes me all afternoon to do the same thing because I rinse after shampooing. Their method doesn't require rinsing so the completion time was faster. The carpet also dried faster because they use less water by not having to rinse. I will definitely be calling them again.

We have used Zero Rez 2 times and will use again. The beautiful new looking carpet is always the best reason but the employees are so professional and pleasant also. We prefer Zero Rez before any others and already gave your phone number to a neighbor even before Art came.
