Great job, friendly. I think you should let people know that they'll need to vaccuum and remove all the items off the carpet at the time you come to do the quote. I didn't know that until I got the email the day before and had to do all of it by myself because there wasn't anyone else in the office. I could have planned for it better. tlp

There's no smell of chemicals so safe for children and pets and dries in about 4-5 hours if you leave a fan on it.

I had to reschedule twice (I have 6 kids and birthday parties kept popping up in the middle of my time slot) and both times the reps I spoke with were so kind and understanding.

Charlie was great. He offered me the deep clean add on without being pushy, was very knowledgeable and gladly let my little kids follow him around asking questions. On time, and very quick. My carpets were brought back to life and are soft and fluffy again. 5 Stars, highly recommend!
