I like the variety of different exercises and working with different trainers but sometimes I think there isn’t consistency in my plan. Sometimes I’m doing an exercise at a certain weight but then a different trainer will use a lighter weight.. doesn’t seem like it’s a progression or at least tracked how much I did previously to try and progress.
I love the individualized sessions and helpful planning around my personal fitness goals. I feel supported and respected as a client. The atmosphere is laid back, yet focused, and I look forward to every workout.
I have been going to Fitness Together for over 4 years. It is the best fit for me to keep in a good routine. I would recommend them to anyone due to their knowledge about fitness and overall health. I have worked with several of the trainers but have mostly worked with Dan in the last year. He has really pushed me to reach my goals at the same time being realistic. He is the real thing !! And keeps educating himself to be even better for the clients.
I have not asked, but I would like to know why a repertoire is being selected for me and what is being targeted. I want to know if something is on my chart that says - bad back, or bad shoulder etc, and what is needed to remove it.
The staff is personable and give it their all to make a workout tailored to the needs of each person! On those days that working out just isn’t something you want to do… they get you motivated to give it your all! The only thing going against them is their alignment to certain sports teams… (and even then the comrade competition talk adds more fun to the workout!)
