The trainers are good and tailor the workouts to an individual’s physical condition at the time. They are flexible in designing workouts, particularly important to we older clients. I also appreciate the semi private nature of the workouts.
I have already referred friends to come to Fitness together. The reasons are the friendliness of everyone. There concern for my well being. Trainer asking about each exercise and adjusting my workout to get as much as possible from each workout without injures.
I don't know if there is a more equitable way to handle time slots. Seems like no matter how far in advance I book, certain time slots are always taken. Also, I think there should be a way to rate the trainers.
Friendliness of trainers and challenges they present to you. Trainers' assessment of what you can and can not handle. Friendliness of ALL staff members even if they are not your trainer.
There are so many things I love about Fitness Together -- the customization, the individual attention, and the thoughtfulness of Jen, my trainer. The one thing I do not love is the loud, blaring music. I realize I may be in the minority here, but I find the aggressive music to be intrusive and distracting when I try to work out, and sometimes, I feel it is for the trainers' enjoyment, not the clients' benefit. Loud thumping music does not motivate me when I work out, it gets me off track. If it were up to me there would be no music at all; meanwhile, as this is not likely to happen, I hope you can find a happy medium between those (like me) who do not like aggressive music and those who need a soundtrack for their workouts. Thank you.
