First off, I was kindly greeted by Jeff and asked probing questions about my needs that day. Jeff then performed a comprehensive review of my feet stance with fancy tech, then discussed it with me in a way I understood. Jef then presented multiple options of shoes based on the data, leading me to select some new brooks ghosts 15s.
All in all, heck of an experience that had me leaving the store feeling confident in my product that fits my needs as a runner.

The young man who works with us was awesome. He really knows his stuff. A chiropractor in Green Valley recommended that we go up to your store so you could do a fitting on my 91 year old Dad. Finally convinced him to buy really good shoes to help his balance and mobility and he likes his new Brooks! Then I got on the machine for fun because I have broken both my feet in the past and am rightfully picky about shoes. I ended up with a pair of Karhus and love them. Highly highly recommend!

I enjoyed the personalize service, especially the digitized foot mapping that allow this to have an accurate picture of my sons feet. I will use fleet because of the discounts and I would like to just continue to use those to obtain my various shoe requirements.

I love how friendly the staff is! I came in for a pair of shoes, and left with the perfect pair. I appreciate how much time and effort goes into the fitting. I was helped by Lori at the Oro Valley location and she was WONDERFUL, so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back in again.

The man who served me explained every part of the x-ray, and why these particular shoes would be good for my feet. He was patient with the laces (I am no always) and gave me time to decide about the shoes. He listened to my comments and acted accordingly. The shoes I bought are very comfortable, and I think are already helping me feel less discomfort from neuropathy.
Great service area or work to find a shoe that was both comfortable and good. Looking for my trip to Ireland. I’ve gotten great compliments and told everyone where I bought them.
