The staff. They are incredible with my dog. He’s aging now and has been going there for years! He will continue to come in and play as long as he’s able. Love the care he receives when he comes to play! Especially when he has to do an occasional overnight stay or even a few days- he loves it and he feels at home there. ❤️

I love how it's all set up. Very well thought out. The way you enter to how you depart is smart and easy to follow. I also love how you can watch on the videos and get feedback from the Camp associates. The app is well thought and easy to follow. I do wish there was a way to look at the video from a web-based portal too. I have to mention Shana who did our dog's intake and evaluation. She was highly professional, efficient and just overall friendly. Put me at ease and made the whole process seamless. Our dog loved being at Camp Bow Wow as we don't have other dogs at home and the set up there seems to be stress free and well set up for the dogs.
