RM is very easy to use and I know our members are being communicated with with very little effort from us.
I like the First name removed emails, We get alot of feedback from our members that they enjoy them. We also get a good response from members when we promote a program/special through the emails.
Once the templates are set up is so easy to do. Our patrons love the weekly letters that are sent.

We have enjoyed using Retention Management for many years. The product and professional staff are excellent.
RM has filled in some of the communication gaps that we had with our members. As a municipal recreation/fitness/aquatics facility electronic communication is key with the number of members (over 7000) we have. We are still trying to get more follow-up logistics utilizing the RM recovery reports, much of our challenge is man power. But the membership First name removed services that RM has provided us have been great!

We feel your monthly tips/birthday reminders keep us connected to our members.
I personally like how friendly everyone is and their willingness to help. If the person we are speaking with doesn't know the answer, they will search out the answer and get back to us in a timely manner. Even if we have something that is a rush, everyone is always more than willing to help us out. Response time to questions/concerns is great as well.
