Your staff is very well informed and always willing to listen to my concerns and issue I may have. The training programs are spectacular as I have participated in the half marathon and trail training. Only suggestions would be to not overlap the trail running with the half marathon training as possibly offering some of your classes for hip mobility and strength training either at night or on the weekend. Great organization and shop no where else for running gear!

I came in because I just bought my shoes at the St. Charles Fleet Feet the day before and I was sized incorrectly. I did 6 miles in the new shoes and rubbed blisters on my toes and heals because they were so large that my feet kept slipping. Once I was finished with the 6 mile I went straight to the Des Pare Fleet Feet where the associate noticed immediately that the shoes were too large. She made sure I was taken care of and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, my new shoes. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience being fitted for shoes. After I took a run in them, I decided I needed a half-size up. They were exchanged with absolutely no problem and both times the employee trimmed the sock liner to fit my custom orthotics. Impeccable customer service!
