Wonderful staff, bright atmosphere, and fantastic services (the foot & gait scanning system is unmatched - I never knew any such details about my feet and feel confident in my shoe selection as it was based on data). I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Danette. She really took the time to allow me to work through my concerns and wishes with each pair of shoes I tried on. She was kind, friendly, and we had a great conversation while I tried out multiple pairs, some more than once. She was very patient with me, and I really really appreciated it! She was just the best! I am so happy with the two pairs I ended up purchasing!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the stock always seems to be in short supply. The staff always offers the opportunity to order shoes, but don’t offer the option to call their other stores.

The staff is super helpful. They will bring you in, do a foot scan to make sure they know what style of shoe you need, and then they will teach you about why they recommend different shoes for you. They are not pushy and they just want to make sure that you get the best running shoe for whatever your activity! I won't shop anywhere else in STL!
